Job Title: AI/ML Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI/ML Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role bridges the gap between data science, engineering, and business, translating complex AI/ML capabilities into user-centric products that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI/ML product roadmap in alignment with company goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to build scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and technical constraints.
- Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and model validation strategies to evaluate performance of ML models in production.
- Track performance metrics, user adoption, and model accuracy to continuously improve AI solutions.
- Stay current on AI/ML technologies, industry trends, ethical considerations, and emerging frameworks.
- Ensure models are built and deployed with proper governance, fairness, transparency, and privacy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML-based products
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and data pipelines
- Experience working with MLOps tools, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- 3-5 years’ experience working in the role of a Senior Technical Prodcut Manager in an enterprise environment.
- Foundational knowledge and experience around the data domain
- Experience with Data Science, AI/ML Products
- Strong technical aptitude around all things data
- Technical proficiency with data stacks (Python, SQL, APIs, cloud services)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI (LLMs, transformers) or natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with model interpretability, explainability, and responsible AI practices
- Background in software engineering or data engineering
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)

- Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Product Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro
- Languages: Python, SQL, JSON, YAML
