Overview
The General Manager is the restaurant leader, responsible for the success of the individual restaurant. The role focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. The GM uses established systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop team members. This position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry required
- Valid Driver's License
