Overview:
HGA's Healthcare (HC) practice seeks a BIM Specialist to support Revit model setup and management across our California offices. The role involves providing Revit support to architects, planners, and designers, managing model health, and ensuring BIM standards are met. Collaboration with the national Digital Practice Group (DPG) and other HC departments is essential to promote BIM excellence and implement digital workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Setup Revit models using HGA BIM standards.
- Maintain model health and troubleshoot Revit issues.
- Assist with BIM coordination and quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and standards.
- Coordinate workflows and participate in clash detection meetings.
- Manage content creation requests and maintain information continuity.
- Configure and customize design applications.
- Provide training and technical support to staff.
- Perform Revit-specific tasks such as model setup, maintenance, coordination, and closeout.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree with 2-5 years of Revit experience on architectural projects.
- Knowledge of construction types and project workflows.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Revit certification preferred but not required.
- This position is not for candidates with a professional architecture degree.
Salary & Benefits:
Range: $26.16 - $41.63/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonuses, 401(k), parental leave, insurance plans, PTO, and disability programs.
