We are looking for a Loyalty Project Manager for a top fashion company in the Bay area!
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the flawless delivery of multiple projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing project schedules and managing changes to schedules over the course of a project.
• Track project progress; report on project health; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage stakeholder communications; track and communicate needed actions (e.g. meeting notes, status reports).
• Identify, manage, and communicate risks.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Develop and update detailed project plans.
• Manage project assets.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years’ experience working as a project manager in a matrixed business environment, ideally in ecommerce/digital retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and a diverse range of tasks.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Solution-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work independently; able to successfully operate in areas of ambiguity; self-starter and quick learner; calm and efficient under pressure.
• Versatile and able to prioritize multiple initiatives against multiple deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
