We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Supply Chain Director with expertise in operational procurement and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) to support sourcing needs for our resort casinos. This position ensures the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services across gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, and facilities, while managing capital purchases for renovations, openings, and expansions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of casino environments and experience balancing vendor relationships, compliance, and budgets in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for all departments including gaming, hotel, restaurants, event space, and administration.
- Managing procurement of FF&E for remodels and capital projects, coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams.
- Negotiating vendor contracts to secure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitoring inventory, warehouse processes, and replenishment systems to support efficiency and minimize waste.
- Partnering with hotel operations, culinary, facilities, and leadership to forecast demand and align procurement with service standards and seasonal needs.
- Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, health & safety laws, and internal controls.
- Utilizing ERP systems (Stratton Warren) to streamline workflows and track KPIs.
- Supporting FF&E budgeting, asset tracking, and warranty management throughout the lifecycle of purchased items.
- Leading initiatives to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and promote sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- At least 10 years of procurement experience, with 5 years at the Director level; gaming industry experience required.
- Proven experience managing FF&E procurement for hotel or resort projects, including coordination with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
- Familiarity with procurement and project management systems.
- Strong negotiation, project coordination, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and leadership levels.
