VP-Head of Legal & Compliance Research @ Madison-Davis, LLC | AML, KYC, BSA

Global bank headquartered in Jersey City, currently seeking to hire a "Head of Compliance Culture". This strategic leadership role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 1–2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of a centralized Compliance Culture Program, focusing on communication, awareness, and training.
• Drive campaigns to boost employee engagement and reinforce a culture of ethics and compliance.
• Develop training initiatives aligned with the firm’s Five Values, embedding cultural expectations throughout the organization.
• Oversee the annual Ethics and Culture survey to gather insights on employee perceptions and areas for improvement.
• Plan and execute large-scale events that highlight and celebrate Compliance Culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and risk partners to identify cultural trends and provide strategic guidance.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams including Legal, HR, and Risk to align efforts and support sound decision-making.
• Monitor industry and regulatory developments to enhance the Culture of Compliance program.
• Champion a firm-wide culture training strategy that promotes integrity, inclusion, and accountability.
