Your Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor department managers (Plumbing, HVAC, Dispatch, Install, Sales, Warehouse)
Create and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance plans using PRAXIS S-10 KPIs
Identify departmental roadblocks and implement coaching, hiring, or accountability solutions
Support the Sales and Service Teams in exceeding Opportunity Installed % and Revenue Per Opportunity metrics
Oversee dispatch operations, right tech/right call ratios, and technician capacity
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development in all trades
Coordinate with the marketing and client care teams to ensure booked call goals are met
Run daily leadership huddles and weekly manager meetings with consistency
Report financials and KPI health to ownership and assist with forecasting

You’re a Fit If You:
Have 3–7+ years of experience in GM or Director-level leadership (Home Services preferred)
Can speak KPIs fluently: Revenue Per Opportunity, Call Booking %, Efficiency, Replacement %, etc.
Are a builder of systems—not just a manager of tasks
Know how to lead leaders—not just techs or reps
Can coach, confront, and connect across all departments
Are excited to grow people and departments under one vision
Have strong financial literacy and budget ownership experience
Know ServiceTitan, PRAXIS S-10, or similar performance systems
