Job Title: Director of Operations – Midwest

Company Overview: A leading PE-backed Optometry group delivering top-tier eye care services in the Midwest.

PE-backed Optometry / Optical Experience is ESSENTIAL for this role

Summary: The Director of Operations will manage and drive growth for Midwest practices, reporting to the COO. Responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, boosting revenue, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies; expand clinical services.

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality care.

- Team Development: Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial plans, analyzing performance data.

- Compliance: Ensure healthcare regulation adherence and maintain quality standards.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with physicians and partners, track KPIs.

- Risk & Patient Experience: Mitigate risks and enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Master's in healthcare or business administration.
• 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in Optometry / Optical
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

• Experience in multi-state healthcare operations
• Expertise in clinical workflow optimization.
