We are working with a client who has recently acquired a $30M business unit in the packaging/printing space. They have strong and strategic growth goals and have retained us to find them a GM to drive operations and revenue. Compensation is very lucrative with a very strong base salary, plus a strong & reliable bonus, and above average benefits. The company culture is phenomenal, and they regularly promote from within.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, marketing, and manufacturing, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration.
• Implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Manage operational P&L, driving sustainable growth and financial performance.
• Develop high-impact KPIs to measure success across operations, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and high-level client meetings to position us as an industry leader.
• Develop and execute a manufacturing optimization plan to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory, material sourcing, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
• Embed a Lean culture across the organization to eliminate waste, improve workflow, and drive excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, sales, or general management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility
• Proven expertise in the printing/packaging industry—commercial printing, folding cartons, pressure-sensitive labels, or related fields
• Strong background in manufacturing process optimization, lean methodologies, and operational excellence
