IT Sales Engineer (Singaporean/Network/Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Subject Matter Consultation & Solution Recommendations during technical engagements with clients and partners on product features, PAM solutions, platform designs, etc.
• Deliver POCs, demos, presentations, proposals, product training, and on-site or remote customer engagements.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting & lab tests (pre-sales stage).
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Must have minimum 2 – 3 years of either the technical hands-on (deployment & troubleshooting) experience OR Pre-Sales working experience with (at least 1 or more of these following solutions/ products): Checkpoint, Thales (e.g. Luna HSM), Infoblox, OpenText NetIQ, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Utimaco, Fortanix, SolarWinds, EfficientIP, DNSFilter, BeyondTrust, NetIQ, SailPoint, Okta)).
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and personal skills.
