• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 technical components including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OAF.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects.
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS modules like Financials, SCM, or HRMS from a technical integration standpoint.
  
• Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS technical solutions based on functional specifications and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance and compliance with Oracle standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments
  

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
