Key job responsibilities
- Develop advanced multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze workflows for automation.
- Collaborate in agile teams to create automation agents and launch them for millions of users.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex GenAI problems.
- Design experiments to evaluate and improve algorithms and models.
- Plan long-term development of GenAI and identify new application opportunities.
- Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s with 5+ years of applied research experience.
- 3+ years building machine learning models for business use.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with neural networks and machine learning techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, focused on Gen AI and reinforcement learning.
- Experience developing algorithms for supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning with human feedback.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Patents or publications in top-tier conferences/journals.
