Key job responsibilities

  • Develop advanced multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze workflows for automation.
  • Collaborate in agile teams to create automation agents and launch them for millions of users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex GenAI problems.
  • Design experiments to evaluate and improve algorithms and models.
  • Plan long-term development of GenAI and identify new application opportunities.
  • Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • PhD or Master’s with 5+ years of applied research experience.
  • 3+ years building machine learning models for business use.
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with neural networks and machine learning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, focused on Gen AI and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience developing algorithms for supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning with human feedback.
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Patents or publications in top-tier conferences/journals.
