Senior Penetration Tester (3 months extendable contract)

Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Penetration Tester to perform security assessments across web applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying vulnerabilities, conducting manual and automated testing, and supporting teams in mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform penetration testing on web applications, internal/external infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and insecure design patterns.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and configuration reviews.
• Simulate real-world attacks in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Produce detailed reports with technical findings and actionable remediation steps.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Security teams to resolve identified issues.
• Stay current with evolving security threats, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• OSCP certification.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, networking fundamentals, and system hardening.
• Experience with penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, etc.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with cloud security tools such as Pacu, ScoutSuite, Prowler, or similar.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
