AI Engineer

We are a stealth AI startup disrupting content marketing, just raised a big VC round and run by repeat Founders with big exits

We’re seeking a passionate AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent agents that automate development and research workflows. You’ll work with bleeding-edge tools and frameworks—think Windsurf, Claude-Code, Google ADK—and push the boundaries of creative prompt engineering to solve real-world problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and deploy AI agents for tasks using Language and Vision LLMs for different kinds of automation and analysis
• Integrate and extend agent platforms Google ADK, adapting to evolving API surfaces and guardrails
• Craft and iterate on high-impact prompts, templates, and evaluation harnesses that drive robust, reliable agent behavior
• Monitor agent performance, diagnose failures, and continuously refine prompts, workflows, and underlying models
• Collaborate closely with product and dev teams to identify workflows and deliver polished, production-ready solutions
• Build Conversational AI and Voice AI systems

Qualifications:

• 5+ years software engineering experience with a strong AI/ML focus
• Hands-on experience building or customizing agent frameworks—bonus if you’ve built your own “research agent” or dev-ops bot
• Deep familiarity with Windsurf, Claude-Code, or similar agentic toolkits, plus exposure to Google ADK
• Expert-level prompt engineering skills and a knack for translating complex tasks into concise, reliable prompts
• Solid Python proficiency and comfort integrating with REST/gRPC APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward experimentation and iteration
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI, voice AI, NLP research, and LLM training (SFT and RL).
• Any exposure to Linguists / Computational Linguistics will put you on top of the queue
