Salesforce Solutions Architect

• Serve as Salesforce Solutions Architect, providing expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and application integration.
• Architect, design, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical reference models, hardware/software standards, and architecture recommendations for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Lead architecture reviews for applications to ensure security and compliance with platform standards.
• Evaluate and optimize usage and cost strategies for Salesforce infrastructure and product deployments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to automate and monitor enterprise applications, especially in AWS Cloud environments.
• Supervise and guide IT team members on coding strategies, system development, and architectural planning.
• Oversee and provide direction for all phases of system testing, including unit, load, end-to-end, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate packaging and deployment of code across environments (Sandbox to Production), troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all security, change control, and PMO policies and procedures.
• Work directly with developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Workflows, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with external databases (PostgreSQL/SQL, MongoDB) and applications (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Utilize Salesforce tools (Force.com, IDE, Data Loader, etc.) for development and deployment.
• Ensure system performance, troubleshoot errors, and monitor application health.
• Demonstrate experience in large-scale health and human services systems (e.g., Integrated Eligibility, ACA systems).
• Possess Salesforce Architect Certification and experience with Salesforce Einstein or similar AI-driven solutions.
• Fulfill all background investigation requirements as specified.
