Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and technology partners to deliver solutions
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience (preferably in the financial industry)
- Advanced problem solving skills, willingness to learn, and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently resolve issues
- Good communication skills and ability to influence teams across technology and business
- Java/J2EE, Object-oriented design and programming
- Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration)
- ORM/Persistence Frameworks: iBatis/MyBatis, Hibernate, Kafka, JPA
- Web Services: SOA, REST/SOAP, Microservices, CXF, JAXWS/JAXRS, JSON, XML
- Source Control: Bitbucket, SVN, Perforce, or similar
- Maven, TDD, CI, JUnit, Mockito
- IDE: Eclipse, RAD, or similar
- RDMS and SQL: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server
- Agile/Iterative development and full SDLC
- Front-end frameworks: jQuery, Angular, YUI, Ext JS, Dojo, Vue.js
- Front-end web development: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, SASS
Desired skills:

Pay range:
$55.06 - $63.06
