About The Role
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and platforms that support our digital marketing initiatives. This is a fully remote position that offers a chance to grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, secure, and
optimized digital solutions.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes ensuring responsive and consistent design across devices
• Implement UX/UI elements to enhance user engagement
• Build and maintain server-side logic and databases with an emphasis on reliability and performance
• Develop APIs for data integration with third-party services
• Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and user information
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate tools and platforms supporting digital campaigns
• Create interactive web features such as forms, chatbots, and social media integrations
• Maintain clear documentation for codebases, databases, and systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for internal teams
• Manage version control and code repositories efficiently
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably within a digital marketing or agency setting
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development and troubleshooting; portfolio of WordPress websites is a plus
• Experience with CPanel and web hosting management
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and DevOps tools is advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
