What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage software projects, ensuring all milestones are tracked and reported
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Oversee the daily progress of digital projects, managing time, budget, and quality
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, defining mitigation efforts
- Ensure adherence to development and project processes for successful implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in a related field
- Strong experience in software lifecycle and innovative applications for software
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- BA/BS preferred; PMP or Scrum certification is necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Scrum master on complex projects, including planning and dependency management
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in identifying critical decision points and project risks
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front-end development and content management solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-collaborative teams
