Metro Atlanta's No. 1 residential real estate firm is seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with business goals. The Solutions Architect will serve as a key technical leader, bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-level architectural blueprints, system design documents, and end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with business analysts, product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms that improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Integration Planning:

• Design integration strategies between internal systems and third-party applications, ensuring security, data integrity, and seamless communication.
• Identify potential risks in architectural designs and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, guidelines, and standards for current and future projects.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational security policies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance architectural frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructures.
• Proficiency in designing microservices, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and middleware.
• Solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML integrations, or IoT solutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals.
