The Opportunity:
IntePros Federal is seeking an enthusiastic, client-focused Senior Cloud Engineer experienced in various technical services. The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset and excel in managing daily technical operations for over 15 bankruptcy systems within the Department of Justice (DOJ) United States Trustee Program (USTP). USTP oversees bankruptcy case administration and private trustees. The Senior Cloud Engineer will support the AppSvc division of USTP with technical tasks, troubleshooting, and proactive problem-solving in an Azure Gov Services environment.

Locations:
- Local to the DMV area - Remote, with occasional travel to Washington, DC, or IntePros Federal headquarters in Washington, DC
Job Responsibilities:
- Reduce backend infrastructure changes that do not impact user experience, focusing on user-facing improvements
- Participate in daily Kanban stand-ups to review tasks and request assistance as needed
- Assist with troubleshooting application outages
- Perform upgrades to applications in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Atlassian applications, SonarQube, Sonatype)
- Enable upgrades to systems such as Bamboo, Confluence, Jira, and Okta
- Provide feedback on system modernization efforts, leveraging subject matter expertise
Required Skills and Certifications:
- 7+ years' experience with Azure tools
- Experience with Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, VMs, application gateways, authorization, deployments, and batch services
- Experience with OpenShift, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Servers
- Experience with containerization
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting federal government agencies
- Experience with Kubernetes
