Account Manager - Delivery - Engineering

Job Title: Wireless System Engineer

Duration: 7 Months with the possibility of extension

Work Shift: M-F 1st Shift

Job Description

• A technician will support customer issue reproduction and various demos.
• customer issue reproductions
• There are a lot of issues reported by our customers and our customers’ customers in the fields. These issues are from practical day-to-day use cases. Some of the issues are performance under noisy environment, multi-client performance, MLO connections and performance, and IoT with WiFi clients with clients from different WiFi generations.
• For easy investigations, we need to reproduce the issues in our Lab.

2) WiFi and AI demos

• To show our innovations to customers, many demos are designed and shown to our customers in different tech conferences and in-house customer meetings.
• Some of the current and future demos are as follows:
• Voice questions and answers from the AI Gateway
• Badge Detection by AI Gateway
• Face Recognition by AI Gateway
