What You’ll Do:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation of the new Salesforce platform.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce systems across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with global team members across technical and non-technical domains.
About You:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience working on greenfield implementations or global rollouts is a strong advantage.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (II or other certs are a plus).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong communicator and problem solver with a proactive attitude.
