We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA RISE Practice Lead with a strong functional background and a proven track record in delivery management, team leadership, and SAP solution strategy. The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in SAP, including deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions . A strong foundation in Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA RISE practice and projects, driving business growth, delivery excellence, and innovation
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including migrations to RISE with SAP
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP programs ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing SAP consulting team
• Develop and present high-impact SAP solution strategies to C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support solutioning and proposals for large-scale SAP engagements
• Drive the adoption and integration of Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies within SAP landscapes
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP technology roadmap, integration capabilities, and business process improvements
• Ensure best practices and reusable frameworks are adopted across the practice

Required Skills and Experience:

• 18+ years of SAP experience , with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO)
• Proven delivery management and team leadership experience across global SAP programs
• Expertise in SAP technology stack , including integration, architecture, and system landscapes
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of AI/ML applications in SAP
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and executive-level engagement
