Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Job Title: Network & Systems Engineer

Type: Full-Time

Benefits : Eligible for Dental, Vision, Medical and 401(k)

Addison Group is working with a private investment firm is seeking a Network & Systems Engineer to maintain, secure, and optimize infrastructure across both corporate and client household environments. This role supports on-premises and cloud-based systems and contributes to strategies for network security and cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune MDM.
  • Manage network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls).
  • Support hybrid Active Directory and Exchange environments.
  • Monitor system performance and security.
  • Provide high-level support to executives and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and occasional client site visits.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud services.
  • Strong networking and security knowledge.
  • Experience with Nutanix, Palo Alto, and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
