Java Fullstack Developer (543-1) Maclean, VA

We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in AWS services, Microservices, and MongoDB. This is a mid-senior level position requiring approximately 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role involves developing and maintaining cloud-native applications and serverless architectures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy web applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  2. Develop and maintain serverless architectures utilizing AWS API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  3. Create automated deployment pipelines with AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
  4. Design and develop RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda.
  5. Develop automated testing frameworks and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS services.
  6. Develop cloud infrastructure and monitor application performance using AWS CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and X-Ray.
  7. Implement security best practices for AWS services including IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.
  8. Design and develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and container services like ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
  9. Develop automated backup and disaster recovery solutions using AWS EBS and S3.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with L3 Support.
  • Proficiency in Java and Microservices architecture (UI not required).
  • MongoDB experience.
