Description
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for application software design, development, systems maintenance, modification, and documentation. Use structured analysis to perform full life cycle development for complex applications. Create customer-facing applications, design code review and post-production support, and maintain compliance with standards during all phases of the software development life cycle. Collaborate with teams, provide technical solutions, design and present technical solutions and architecture, create prototypes, assess and repair production issues, and support ongoing maintenance for systems interfacing with third-party vendors and internal systems.

Who is USP Looking For?
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus six (6) years of related work experience. Demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to inclusive and equitable practices, and ability to build credibility with stakeholders.
Requires Six (6) Years Of Experience With The Following
- Configuring CI/CD pipelines or automating builds
- Enterprise software development lifecycle
- Designing enterprise applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Agile frameworks such as Scrum
- Designing web applications using J2EE or Spring
- Utilizing design patterns and open-source software
- Developing complex SQL queries with Oracle or MySQL
- Testing frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, JMeter
- Configuring web application servers on Linux or Cloud Infrastructure

Compensation
Base Salary Range: USD $141,000 - $160,050 annually.
Target Bonus: Varies based on role level.
