Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: Flexible / Hybrid — Palo Alto, CA
At Roadz , we’re transforming the commercial fleet industry with connected technology and AI-driven insights. Our mission is to help businesses harness real-time data to increase productivity, reduce costs, and optimize operations.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation platform. You’ll contribute across the stack—frontend, backend, DevOps—and play a key role in shaping product architecture and technical direction.
What You'll Do

  • Build modern, responsive web apps for AI agents using React (or similar frameworks)
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices in Python, Node.js, or Java
  • Design data models and optimize performance across SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Deploy and monitor services on AWS using CI/CD pipelines and container tools
  • Collaborate in an agile environment, contribute to system design, and mentor teammates
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • 4–7 years of professional software development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and workflows
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
  • Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or Angular and modern state management
  • Experience with REST, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Clear, collaborative communication style
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge with the team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with TDD, monitoring tools, and infrastructure as code
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems
  • Prior experience in mentorship or technical leadership
