SAP FICO Consultant/Sr Solution Architect_Contract (Duration: 6-9 Months with possible extensions)

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant/Sr Solution Architect

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6-9 Months with possible extensions

First Preference: Onsite at Sunnyvale, CA (No Expenses paid)

Second preference: Remote with travel to the client location (Sunnyvale, CA) as needed for meetings etc. Expenses will be paid

Role Description:

• SAP FICO consultant will be responsible for applying business and technical expertise to design, implement and support client’s SAP FICO application including SAP S/4 transformation

Job Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance/accounting or related field
• 12+ years’ experience in all core SAP finance modules including FI & CO
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience
• Good understanding of Accounting/Finance business processes and SAP FICO integration with SD, MM, and PP module
• Experience in design and implementation of bolt on systems and PI integration
• S4 HANA Finance implementation or brownfield migration experience is highly desirable
• Prior implementation experience with Material ledger and/or SAP RAR would be a plus
• RAR implementation experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a solution architect, designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with the overall IT strategy
• Lead and participate in S/4HANA Finance and Controlling module upgrades, including project planning, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with other SAP work streams, ABAP development teams, various IT cross-functional teams and Global Business Solution partners to design and deliver complete end to end solutions and support transition to SAP S/4HANA using the Brownfield approach.
• Work with external vendors to support PI/CPI migration to SAP integration suite
• Should have good comm skills
