JOB TITLE: SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst
Location: Summit, NJ (100% onsite)
Duration: 12 months initial (potential extension/potential right to hire)
Responsibilities
- Deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with functional knowledge across SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG
- Proven experience driving digital transformation initiatives in a GxP-regulated supply chain and manufacturing environment
- Designing and executing training programs for global cross-functional teams, including leadership stakeholders
- Developing comprehensive SOPs & test scripts
- Leading system implementations for biotech/cell therapy
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with hands-on leadership in full lifecycle implementations in GxP environments
- Strong command of MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG modules
- Experience integrating SAP with MES, LIMS, and serialization systems in pharmaceutical supply chains
- Ability to communicate SAP architectures to stakeholders and drive enterprise alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business; Master’s or certifications in SAP, PMP, or Agile preferred
- Minimum 10 years in life sciences or biotech supply chain systems
- Deep experience with data governance, master data strategy, and SAP validation
Overview
The SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet business needs. The role involves collaboration with process teams, acting as liaison with support vendors, and maintaining detailed documentation. Experience in manufacturing SAP S4/Hana modules is essential.
Responsibilities
- Guide business management in SAP S4/Hana usage
- Identify issues and prioritize enhancements
- Support business process improvements
- Translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana modules and interfaces
- Lead testing and user acceptance activities
- Partner with vendors and support teams
- Develop and maintain test scripts and documentation
- Support policy and process development
- Ensure high system performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Skills in SAP S4/Hana, customer service, communication, facilitation, leadership, analytics, data modeling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to manufacturing environments
- Quick learner of new systems
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Leadership in SAP system implementations using SDLC and project management
- Experience supporting SAP and non-SAP systems
- Experience in regulated industries; FDA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
