TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise organization actively seeking a Director of Revenue Management Analytics to join the team.

The Director of Revenue Management Analytics leads system development and analytics for the organization. This role connects strategy, data, and technology to optimize pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. Working with IT, Data, and Commercial teams, the Director turns business needs into actionable insights, scalable tools, and long-term revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy and deliver technical projects aligned with business goals.
  • Lead integration, enhancement, and optimization of revenue management systems.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements; test, validate, and ensure usability of solutions.
  • Build dashboards, models, and metrics to guide pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Serve as the main analytics/systems liaison for Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Improve connections between revenue systems and BI tools for real-time insights.
  • Establish analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and governance.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges through data analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes, including automation and self-service analytics.
  • Support long-term technology roadmap for revenue systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, MIS, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Data Analytics, or BI (travel industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, logical/database functions).
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex insights clearly.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring, collaboration, and driving results.
  • Knowledge of cruise/travel industry trends a plus.
