Our firm works exclusively with small business owners and high net worth individuals to properly plan their taxes throughout the year, showcasing real tax savings upon filing.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You enjoy finding ways to save clients money on taxes
• You have a solid understanding of the tax code, especially for business entities
• You are interested in hosting tax planning kickoff, implementation, and quarterly advisory calls
• You are eager to prepare or review returns that highlight tax savings for clients
• You are intrigued by complex clients and spotting potential tax errors in their accounting systems
• You want to help train staff and build a strong tax advisory team

To be considered, you'll need:

• 3+ years of public accounting experience with tax work
• 1+ years managing a team of up to 3 people
• A CPA license, enrolled agent status, or an LLM/JD in tax (experience is more important)
• An insatiable desire to find ways for clients to save on taxes

Fluency in Japanese is required
