Duties

• Engage in regular career progression and training sessions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively as part of a team.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Education

• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

• Bar admission in the state of application.
