What You Will Do
- Managing tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision to pass-through and C-corporation entities in various industries
- Helping develop, build, and manage client relationships
- Assisting in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
- Reviewing returns prepared by tax associates and seniors
- Delegating responsibilities effectively and monitoring engagement team efforts
- Using technology tools proficiently and improving work processes through technology
- Researching complex tax issues, applying findings, and communicating results in writing
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA license
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in Taxation or Law degree
- Experience managing multiple complex client engagements
- Strong ownership and client service orientation
- Excellent supervisory, team-building, and time management skills
