Our client is a global real estate investment trust operating in the healthcare real estate space. The Senior Analyst will be part of the firm’s capital markets group based in Chicago.
Responsibilities

  • Support all functions of the real estate financing process
  • Underwriting of assets/developments to evaluate new loan originations
  • Coordinate closing deliverables with all applicable third parties to meet closing timelines
  • Coordinate debt compliance obligations under existing mortgage debt portfolio
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations outlining capital markets initiatives and recommendations to a variety of internal/external stakeholders
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting obligations under loan documents
  • Analysis of existing debt portfolio to determine near term strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting
  • 3-5 years in financial analysis or real estate mortgaging finance or similar role
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • General accounting knowledge with familiarity of financial statements
Salary Range
$115,000-$120,000
