SAP IM/WM Analyst
Remote Role // Location: Bethesda, MD / Local Needed
Visa: USC/ EAD
Overview:
Provides SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) expertise to confirm and develop business requirements. Supports configuration, data migration, interface, and functional needs. Leads design of IM/WM interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements. Maintains documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP experience
- Expertise in Inbound, RF, Quality Inspection, Pack/Pass, Serial Number Management, Batch Management, Handling Units, and Transportation/Shipping Management
- Experience in SDLC (requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-production support) in a Tier 3 environment
- Integration knowledge with CO, FM, FI, SD, and MM
- Federal experience
- Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, or related discipline, with four years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree plus two years of relevant experience
Primary Job Duties:
- Confirm and develop business requirements for SAP IM/WM
- Collaborate with stakeholders on procurement and materials processes
- Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and support as needed
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules
- Support SAP applications, incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years SAP IM/WM experience
- Knowledge of decentralized SAP EWM and its integration with IM/WM
- Familiarity with HazMat regulations, compliance, and safety protocols in SAP workflows
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy ERP architectures
- Understanding of change management processes
