Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Brokers and Agencies professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships between Essential Solutions USA and Medicare carriers, assisting consumers with enrollment, and providing ongoing support and education. This role involves understanding multiple carrier offerings, addressing consumer concerns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the professional will participate in outreach activities to broaden the company's reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance brokerage and agency management
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Plans and carrier offerings
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with client enrollment processes
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote work and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
