What You’ll Do:
- Act as an on-site point of contact for vendors, tenants, and property stakeholders
- Conduct property inspections to ensure buildings are well-maintained and safe
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and oversee scheduled work
- Assist in property tours for lenders, investors, and service providers
- Support the Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager with day-to-day operations
Maintenance & Operations:
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Ensure common areas are clean, functional, and safe
- Meet with vendors and service providers to facilitate repairs and improvements
- Respond to tenant requests and coordinate necessary repairs
- Assist with move-in/move-out inspections
- Monitor property conditions and report issues to the property manager
- Support leasing efforts by conducting property walkthroughs when needed
- Maintain detailed and updated knowledge of assigned properties
- Organize scheduling and follow-ups for property maintenance
- Track and manage work orders, invoices, and vendor interactions
- Provide on-the-ground support for site visits, lender tours, and inspections
- Help identify value-add opportunities to enhance property operations
- One or more years of experience in property management, maintenance, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while staying proactive and responsive
- Computer-savvy – experience with AppFolio is a plus
- Commercial property experience is a huge bonus
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license
- Base salary: $60K-$70K
