We are delighted to share the exciting retained Chief Financial Officer search we are conducting for our Client, Total Beverage Solution ( a global beverage alcohol importer, marketer, and supplier.

Key priorities include :

• Seamlessly integrate into this fast-paced entrepreneurial environment as a value-added strategic and hands-on partner to the President & CEO and leadership team.
• Provide exceptional leadership and coaching to enable the Finance & Accounting team to continuously develop and best support the business.
• Support ongoing M&A activity and potential capital markets initiatives that align with the strategic growth plan.

The successful candidate will bring :

• A minimum of eight to ten years of financial management experience. This includes strategic leadership and/or oversight for accounting, FP&A, M&A, and/or banking/treasury (or equivalent).
• Established record in developing and building finance and accounting organizations.
• Experience within the alcohol, beverage, and/or other consumer products arena is strongly preferred.
• Experience with M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a strong management background.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Finance, and/or CPA designation preferred.
