Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Understanding of the tax process and tax system management
• Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate & positive manner
• Review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections
• Research tax and accounting issues
• Provide technical assistance to clients
• Tax compliance for all entity types, large complex returns
• Management of multiple client projects
• Assistance and development of staff
• Delegate projects to staff who can manage through completion
• Review all but the most complex personal and business tax returns
• Develop expertise within agreed upon industry group(s)
• Assist in developing staff through supervision, evaluation, and assistance in assigned projects
• Minimum 8 years tax experience, required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, required / Graduate degree, a plus
• CPA certification or actively pursuing
• Proficient use of CCH, ProSystem FX Tax highly preferred
