Registered Investment Advisor and Insurance Consultancy

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Investment Advisor and Insurance Advisor at a rapidly growing RIA and insurance firm in San Jose, CA. All leads and marketing are provided. Base salary +++ could lead to first year compensation of $300K, second year comp of $400K to $600K and total comp of up to $1 million/ year in succeeding years.

Qualifications

• Series 65 and insurance license. Clean compliance history.
• Financial planning skills and knowledge of insurance and annuities.
• Excellent rapport skills and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work hard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
