Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
What You Need
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.
What You Will Do
- Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
- Interact with customers via our video communication software and document interactions for accurate records.
