Toast is building an all-in-one restaurant platform to help restaurants operate, increase sales, engage guests, and retain employees. We are seeking a Treasury Analyst, Cash Management & Operations, to scale our global treasury program. You will manage daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, bank account management, and treasury compliance, while optimizing treasury technology solutions. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Treasury Cash Management & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Support global treasury operations such as cash positioning, payments, bank account management, inter-company transactions, and banking administration.
- Partner with departments to gather information on cash flows, pending transactions, and financial needs.
- Collaborate on implementing and utilizing treasury management systems and technology tools to automate processes.
- Design dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics.
- Develop and maintain policies for treasury operations, ensuring compliance with best practices and governance standards (SOX controls).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Accounting, Finance, and Tax to align treasury activities with financial goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of treasury management experience.
- Knowledge of global banking, payments, bank portals, compliance, and SOX controls.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external bank partners.

The salary range for this role is $68,000–$109,000 USD, with starting salary based on experience and skills. Total compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and equity.
