A growing healthcare and technology organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple operating entities. This is a high-impact, onsite role based in West Palm Beach , with remote flexibility on Fridays.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all financial operations and multi-entity consolidations

Lead SEC reporting, including 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings

Supervise a lean team of internal and consultant finance professionals

Drive financial strategy, operational improvements, and compliance

Offer insight and guidance to support ongoing growth and acquisitions

What We’re Looking For:

Public company experience (required)

Healthcare, behavioral health, or lab services experience (required)

Expertise in SEC reporting and consolidations

Ability to lead, unify, and mentor teams

Strategic thinker who also thrives in hands-on execution

Base salary up to $250K + bonus
