We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in public accounting. The Senior Tax Manager will primarily be working with business and individual tax clients from varied industries and backgrounds. The salary range is $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience. There is tremendous upside, with a track to Partner and ownership in the firm. Benefits include 401(k) with company match and paid time off. The position is on-site, based in our office in Littleton, CO.

Desired Skills/Experience

• Proven ability to prepare and review complex tax returns
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• High level of integrity
• Self starter, with strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting
• Prior experience managing tax engagements and signing tax returns
• Active CPA required

Job Functions

• Conduct review and have ultimate signing responsibility for more complex tax returns.
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff.
• Review required communications to clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with professional guidelines.
• Primary client contact and liaison for complex issues that staff are unable to resolve.
• Communicate effectively with clients and develop positive relationships with client personnel.
