The Role

We’re seeking a visionary Vice President of Information Systems to lead our organization’s digital future. In this executive leadership role, you’ll define and deliver strategic technology initiatives that enhance operational performance and drive innovation. You'll oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation while partnering with senior leaders to align technology with business goals.

• Hybrid work environment, Ft. Myers, Florida is preferred

• Travel between local campuses or partner sites may be required periodically

• This role is open only to candidates who are physically located and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with organizational priorities

• Lead initiatives across cloud computing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery

• Drive the optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP platforms (including WMS, SCM, and HCM)

• Guide digital transformation and integration of enterprise technologies

• Oversee data governance, architecture, and business intelligence solutions

• Champion cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data privacy

• Inspire, develop, and mentor high performing IS professionals

• Foster operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation across teams

• Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements

• Prepare and monitor the IS department’s annual budget

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address technology needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive IS leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or supply chain

• Expertise in managing enterprise systems for 500+ users in high-growth environments

• Technical depth in cybersecurity, networking, cloud platforms, and ERP systems

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and integrated platforms preferred

• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to lead hybrid teams and thrive in a dynamic, mission-focused organization

• Excellent communication and strategic planning capabilities

• High level of integrity, discretion, and business acumen
