In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compensation, the employee will be responsible for the following:

· Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)

· Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling

· Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements)

· Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts

· Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested

· Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations, compensation forecasting)

· Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven to be a self-starter with the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

· A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task time across time sensitive deliverables and project work

· A team player mentality

· Experience maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

· 5+ years of consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance experience

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Experience designing, building, and maintaining ICM and/or SPM systems (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, etc.) preferred

· Hedge Fund and investment manager experience preferred
