Job Summary
This role involves working closely with vendors to identify and meet safety testing requirements, ensuring adherence to these through critical evaluation and feedback, and communicating effectively with both vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment. The ideal candidate will be key in reviewing and assessing testing plans and results, driving improvements in safety testing processes, and documenting all relevant findings and communications. Your work will significantly contribute to maintaining high safety and quality standards in product development and operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to establish clear safety testing requirements.
• Review testing plans against set requirements and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess testing results for potential risks, suggesting mitigation actions and evaluating testing quality.
• Document feedback on testing plans and results evaluations comprehensively.
• Communicate testing statuses, insights, and feedback effectively with both vendors and internal teams to ensure consistent alignment.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge or experience in risk assessment related to LLM safety or similar areas.
• Ability to think critically and anticipate adversarial challenges.
• Strong organizational and detailed attention, coupled with proactive and effective communication skills.
  

Industry Experience

• Prior experience in product safety, Trust & Safety, or a related field is preferred.
  

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems is required; a Master's or PhD degree is preferred.
