About the Role

This is a high-impact finance leadership role responsible for strategic financial planning, business analysis, investment evaluation, and performance measurement across all business units. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process across sales, contribution margin, and EBIT.

Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and provide monthly variance reports (vs. budget, forecast, prior year).

Evaluate internal and external investments (including M&A) using IRR, DCF, payback period, RONA, and ROCE.

Build and maintain detailed financial models and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Develop performance scorecards and key business metrics to monitor operational, commercial, and financial performance.

Partner with commercial and operations teams to build data-driven business cases and justify investments.

Support strategic planning initiatives by analyzing industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics.

Lead implementation of reporting and planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field (commodities or industrial sector preferred).

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with deep knowledge of valuation and performance metrics.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or Tableau.

Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
