We create digital SaaS solutions for retail and electronic industries nationally and we are searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As voice of Finance, the CFO will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance as we scale to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee financial modeling and variance analysis to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), ASC 606, and applicable regulatory requirements, particularly for SaaS and service revenue.
• Monitor and optimize revenue recognition for subscription-based service revenue.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify operational efficiencies, manage financial risks, and implement robust internal controls.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support company-wide objectives.
• Supervise Accountants and Financial Analysts

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent role within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• 10 years of FP&A and Accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years experience as a people manager.
• Exceptional knowledge of GAAP, with specific expertise in ASC 606 and revenue recognition standards involving service and subscription-based revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience scaling a high-growth SaaS business, with the ability to assess and drive financial performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ARR, MRR).
• Track record of managing diverse financial projects, including risk assessment, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• CPA required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with M&A or fundraising is a plus.
