A housing organization in the northern suburbs is seeking a CFO. This is a very hands-on leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director.

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay Range: $130K-$150K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, Accounting, Cash Management, Procurement, and Financial Reporting
• Ensure Compliance
• Lead External Audit
• Oversee Accounting & Finance Department
• Month End Close

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active CPA
• 8+ Years Of Management Experience
• Real Estate / Housing Authority / Similar Industry Experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
• Strong MS Office experience; Yardi would be a big plus
• Ability to travel for training/meetings 2-4 times per year
